Extratex charges a late payment fee to help recover the cost of late payments. The £10.00 per month fee applies to residential customers with overdue bills. The fee for business customers is £15.00 per month or 7% of the outstanding bill, whichever is the greater amount . Extratex has a standard customer bias and while most customers pay on time, those that pay late present a significant cost to Extratex Ltd. The charge will only apply to customers who pay late.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Removal of Invoiced Discounts - Clients that fail to pay within the given 30 day invoice period, will loose any amounts shown in discounts on any invoice. Discounts will be removed and in some circumstances recalculated from the first original invoice.No fee will apply if a customer has a genuine dispute with Extratex, this will be agreed in discretion by Extratex. Our staffs are keen to provide an executive service and reserve the right to deny work with any business or trader should an agreed level of business not be achieved.
